If not satisfied by grading, UNTOUCHED plastic holder MUST be returned by registered mail ONLY.
If sealed plastic holder is opened or altered ---- NO REFUND!

At this day ratio for returned items is below 2%. We graded coins for 35 years now.
Return must be done within 7 days after reception of item if not satisfied.
